We do not ask for or store sensitive government IDs (like TIN or passport), nor do we handle payments directly.

• Cloudflare (Free plan) for security, performance, and DDoS protection
• Google Analytics (default settings) to understand basic website usage such as page visits, device types, and general traffic patterns

These services may use cookies or anonymized identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the app
• Securely manage your account and data
• Improve features and fix bugs
• Communicate important updates (e.g., new features or policy changes)
• Respond to support inquiries

We do not sell or rent your data to any third parties.

• Your data is stored securely in our database (hosted in standard Django-supported infrastructure).
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• You can request deletion of your account by emailing support@ubebooks.app.
• Once deleted, your account and invoices are permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days.

• Google Analytics (usage insights)

These services process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Beta Disclaimer
