UbeBooks provides online invoicing and simple record-keeping tools for freelancers and small business users.

UbeBooks is currently in beta — which means occasional errors or downtime may occur.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Use the Service for lawful purposes only
  • Provide accurate information when registering

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Ensuring the accuracy of invoice and client data you input
  • Complying with applicable tax laws (e.g., BIR reporting in the Philippines)

UbeBooks does not file taxes on your behalf; it only helps organize your records.

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy policy.
We do not sell or share your information with unrelated third parties.

6. Payment and Subscription

If paid plans become available:

  • Pricing and billing will be clearly posted on the site.
  • Subscriptions may be canceled anytime.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

During beta, UbeBooks may be free of charge.

7. Beta Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

UbeBooks is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or
  • Data will never be lost (though backups are maintained)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UbeBooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code used in UbeBooks belong to the developer.
You retain ownership of the content and invoices you create.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.
